REFUND POLICY
 

In recognition of planning needs, expense commitments and budgetary considerations, Farmington Youth Lacrosse Club will refund registration fees as follows:

 

Juniors and Seniors Programs

 

  1. On or before February 15, full refund minus $25 administrative fee.

 

  1. After February 15 but before March 31, partial (50%) refund minus $25 administrative fee.

 

  1. After March 31, no refunds except for medical situations as described below.

 

  1. If a player is medically unable to play:

 

  1. Full refund until March 31 minus $25 administrative fee
  2. Partial refund after March 31 until April 30 minus $25 administrative fee.
  3. No refunds after April 30.
  4. FYLC reserves the right to request a doctor’s note for verification.
     
  1. Uniform fees are not refundable after the uniform order has been placed.
     
  2. US Lacrosse fees are NOT refundable.

 

Bantams, Instructional and Developmental Programs

 

  1. On or before April 30, full refund minus $25 administrative fee.

 

  1. After April 30, no refunds.
     
  2. Uniform fees are not refundable after the uniform order has been placed.

 

  1. US Lacrosse fees are NOT refundable.

 


Hardship Policy

Families may request waiver of fees in hardship situations by contacting the FYLC President directly.  All requests will be handled in confidence.

 


Family Discount Policy

When multiple siblings register for FYLC, family fee payments will be capped at $300.  Full registration amounts must be paid at the time of registration.  FYLC will reimburse families for any payments in excess of $300 after the season has commenced and refund deadlines have passed.  US Lacrosse membership fees and uniform costs do not count toward the $300 maximum.
